Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

1. Program Overview

The AdStrategy AI Affiliate Program ("Program") allows approved participants ("Affiliates") to earn commissions by referring new paying subscribers to AdStrategy AI. By participating in the Program, you agree to these terms.

2. Eligibility & Enrollment

  • Applications are reviewed and approved at our sole discretion.
  • You must provide accurate contact and payout information.
  • You must be at least 18 years old or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
  • We reserve the right to reject or terminate any affiliate at any time.

3. Commission Structure

  • Your commission rate is set by your tier (or an individual agreement) and confirmed when you are approved.
  • You earn commission on every paid invoice from a customer attributed to you, for that customer's first 12 paid months. Renewals count; a free trial earns nothing until its first paid invoice.
  • Commission is calculated on the net amount paid, excluding taxes. Refunded and charged-back payments earn nothing.
  • We may change commission rates with 30 days' notice; changes never apply to commission already earned.

4. Payouts

  • Each commission is held for 30 days in case of a refund or dispute, then becomes payable.
  • Payouts are made monthly once your payable balance reaches $50 USD. Balances and payouts are in US dollars; payments in other currencies are converted at the rate Stripe settled them at.
  • Payouts are made via PayPal, Wise or bank transfer, as set in your payout settings.
  • If a payment is refunded or disputed after its commission was paid, that amount is deducted from your next payout.
  • You are responsible for any taxes owed on commissions earned.

5. Attribution & Cookie Window

  • Referrals are attributed via your referral link (adstrategyai.com/a/YOURCODE, or any page with ?ref=YOURCODE) and your promo code.
  • A link click counts for 30 days. The most recent affiliate link clicked before the account is created gets the credit.
  • If a customer enters an affiliate promo code at checkout, that code takes the credit over any link.
  • While sign-up is invite-only, people who join the early-access list from your link are credited to you when their account is created.
  • If a user clears their browser data or switches device before signing up, link attribution may be lost; promo codes are not affected.

6. Prohibited Practices

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination and forfeiture of unpaid commissions:

  • Self-referrals, using your own code to obtain a discount on your subscription.
  • Spam or unsolicited bulk messaging of any kind.
  • Bidding on "AdStrategy AI" or similar branded keywords in paid advertising.
  • Misrepresenting your relationship with AdStrategy AI (e.g., claiming to be an employee).
  • Using misleading, deceptive, or illegal marketing practices.
  • Creating coupon/deal sites solely to capture organic branded traffic.
  • Trademark infringement or unauthorized use of AdStrategy AI branding.

7. Intellectual Property

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to use AdStrategy AI's name and approved marketing materials solely for the purpose of promoting the service through the Program. You may not modify our logos or create derivative branding without written permission.

8. Termination

  • Either party may terminate participation with 14 days' written notice.
  • We may terminate immediately for violation of these terms.
  • Upon termination, pending approved commissions above the minimum threshold will be paid out within 30 days.
  • Unapproved or pending commissions below the threshold are forfeited upon termination.

9. Limitation of Liability

AdStrategy AI is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. Our total liability shall not exceed the total commissions paid to you in the 12 months preceding any claim.

10. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be communicated via email and/or posted on this page. Continued participation in the Program after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
