Refund Policy

1. 14-day refund window

If you are not satisfied with a paid AdStrategy AI subscription, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the initial charge by emailing support@adstrategyai.com from the email address on your account. Refunds outside this window are at our discretion.

2. Renewals

Subscription renewals (monthly or annual) are not eligible for the 14-day refund window; they can be cancelled at any time from your account settings and will not renew again.

3. Usage allowances

Images, seconds of video and Ace replies already used are non-refundable. Unused monthly allowance ends with your billing period and does not roll over; purchased packs never expire.

4. Add-ons and one-time purchases

Add-ons and one-time top-up packs are refundable within 14 days only if nothing from that pack has been used.

5. How to request a refund

Email support@adstrategyai.com with the email on your account and the approximate date of charge. Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 5, 10 business days.
