We respect your right to delete your data. This page explains what personal and account data AdStrategy AI stores, and how you can request that it be permanently removed from our systems.

What data we hold

Account information, your name, email, authentication identifiers, and account settings.
Brand data, brands you create, brand voice, products, uploaded assets, and team members.
Campaign data, strategies, ad concepts, copy, creatives, scripts, landing pages, and social posts generated in the app.
Meta Ads data, data accessed via the Meta Marketing API when you connect a Meta ad account, including Ad Account ID, campaign, ad set and ad structures, and campaign performance metrics. We also store the OAuth access token needed to make these requests on your behalf.
Facebook Pages and Instagram accounts, Page/account IDs and names, scheduled and published posts, and the access token used to publish on your behalf.
Google Ads, customer ID, campaign structures and performance metrics, and the OAuth refresh token.
YouTube, channel ID and name, videos you upload or schedule through AdStrategy AI, and the OAuth tokens used to upload on your behalf.
Google Business Profile, account and location IDs and names, posts you publish through AdStrategy AI, and the OAuth tokens.
LinkedIn, your profile ID and name and/or the company Page ID and name, posts you publish through AdStrategy AI, and the access token.
TikTok, your TikTok user ID, display name and avatar, videos and photo posts you publish through AdStrategy AI, and the access/refresh tokens.
X (Twitter), your X user ID and handle, posts you publish through AdStrategy AI, and the OAuth tokens.
Shopify store data, when you connect a Shopify store, your store domain, product catalog, and rolled-up order metrics used to power recommendations, along with the access token used to fetch them.

We only access these platforms through their official APIs with permissions you grant, we never sell this data, and we do not use it to train AI models.

Our use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Disconnecting a platform

In the app, go to Settings → Connections and choose Disconnect on that platform's card. Disconnecting deletes the stored tokens for that platform straight away and stops all scheduled posts to it. Posts already published stay on the platform; delete them there if you want them gone.

TikTok: in the TikTok app, Settings and privacy → Security → Manage app permissions
X: x.com/settings/connected_apps

AdStrategy AI uses YouTube API Services. By connecting YouTube you agree to the YouTube Terms of Service, and Google's Privacy Policy applies.

How to request deletion

You can request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:

1. In-app

Sign in and go to Settings. From there you can delete individual brands or your entire account. Deleting a brand removes its stored data and disconnects every linked ad account and social channel. Deleting your account removes your profile and all brands you own.

2. By email

Send a request to hello@adstrategyai.com with the subject line "Data Deletion Request", sent from the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity.

What happens after a request

Upon a verified request, we permanently delete your personal data, including all data obtained from Meta, Google, YouTube, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Shopify and every stored OAuth token, from our production systems within 30 days. We will confirm the deletion by email once it is complete. Limited records may be retained where required by law (for example, billing records) or in aggregated, non-identifying form.
