A push or publish failed
What to check when an ad or post didn't go out.
ACE tells you when something fails and why. The common causes:
- Missing pieces — an ad needs copy, media, a destination URL and a Page. Drafts show Needs n things until they're ready.
- Image or video format — the shape doesn't fit the placement (e.g. a square image as a Reel). Change the shape and retry.
- Connection expired — reconnect in Brand → Connections.
- Platform review — Meta or Google may reject an ad for policy reasons. Read the reason, edit, and resubmit.
If nothing changed and there's no clear error, raise a ticket from ACE or the Help menu.
